How to sign in
Step-by-step:
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign in.
If your credentials are correct, you are signed in and taken to your dashboard (or back to an invite you were following). If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, a verification step appears first — enter the code from your authenticator app or email to finish signing in.
Two-factor verification at sign-in
If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, entering your password takes you to a verification card:
- If you use an authenticator app (TOTP), open it and enter the 6-digit code shown for this account.
- If you use email codes (Email OTP), a code is sent to your email — enter it here. Use the Resend button if it did not arrive.
- If you have both methods enabled, tabs let you switch between Authenticator and Email code.
Click Cancel to go back to the password form. Two-factor methods are managed in Settings, on the Security tab, after you sign in.
Signing in with a backup code
If you cannot use your authenticator app (lost or new phone), use one of your backup codes:
- Sign in with email and password as usual.
- On the two-factor step, click "Use a backup code".
- Enter one of the backup codes you saved when you set up two-factor authentication.
Each backup code works only once. After signing in, go to Settings, Security tab to regenerate a fresh set of codes and, if needed, reconfigure your authenticator app. If you have no backup codes left and no access to your methods, contact support.
Remember email
Enable Remember email to store your email address on this device, so it is pre-filled next time you sign in. Only your email is remembered — never your password. You can turn it off at any time; use it only on trusted personal devices.
Forgot password
Click "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen to open the reset dialog. Enter your email address and submit — a reset link is sent to your inbox.
Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email. Then follow the link to the reset page to set a new password.
Setting a new password from a reset link
The link in the reset email opens the reset-password page:
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm it in the second field.
- Submit — on success you are taken back to the sign-in screen to sign in with the new password.
For your security, resetting your password signs you out of ALL sessions on all devices, so any device that was signed in with the old password must sign in again. If the link has expired, request a new one via "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen.
Show or hide password
Use the eye icon in the password field to show or hide your password as you type. Helpful for catching typos on long passwords — just make sure nobody is looking over your shoulder.
Caps Lock warning
If Caps Lock is on while you type in the password field, a warning appears under it. Passwords are case-sensitive, so turn off Caps Lock to avoid failed sign-ins.
Confirming your email — page states
Opening the confirmation link from your welcome email verifies your address automatically. The page then shows one of these states:
- Confirmed: your email is verified — click "Go to sign in" and log in.
- Already confirmed: this address was verified earlier; just sign in.
- Expired: the link is too old — use the resend button to get a fresh confirmation email.
- Invalid: the link is broken or was already replaced — request a new confirmation email.
If you try to sign in before confirming, you are redirected to this page with the option to resend the email.
Common sign-in errors
- Invalid email or password: check your credentials and try again; watch for Caps Lock.
- Email not confirmed: complete email verification first — you are redirected to the confirmation page where you can resend the email.
- Two-factor code rejected: codes expire quickly — get a fresh code from your app or resend the email code; check your phone's clock is set automatically.
- "Too many failed attempts. Try again in 15 minutes.": five wrong codes in a row lock two-factor verification for 15 minutes. This applies to authenticator codes and to email codes, and the message counts down the seconds left. With an authenticator app, wait for the lock to end, then enter a fresh code — a correct code resets the count. With email codes you see "Wrong code. N attempts left." after each miss and "Too many failed attempts. Request a new code." after the fifth; use Resend to get a new code, which starts a fresh set of attempts. Backup codes are not part of this lock: if your authenticator is locked, click "Use a backup code" and sign in with one.
- "Wait …s before requesting another code." or "Too many code requests. Try again later.": email codes can only be re-sent after a short wait, and only a few times per hour.
- Server unavailable: check your network connection and try again.
Invite redirect
If you followed a project invite link and were asked to sign in, you are taken back to that invite right after signing in so you can accept it — no need to find the link again.
Choosing light or dark mode before signing in
The sign-in screen has a colour-mode selector, so you can switch between light and dark appearance even before you sign in. After signing in, the theme toggle lives in the header on every page.
Security tips
- Enable two-factor authentication in Settings, Security tab — it protects your account even if your password leaks.
- Save your backup codes somewhere safe when you set it up.
- Do not share your password, and avoid signing in on public or shared devices.
- Use Remember email only on trusted devices, and sign out when finished on shared computers.
- Review your active sessions in Settings, Security tab, and revoke any you do not recognise.
