# Cx Assistant > Cx Assistant is commissioning software with an AI assistant for engineering, QA/QC and commissioning teams: assets, issues (punch list), documentation and trackers, test scripts, dashboards, planner, maps and 3D layouts, with the assistant available on the web, on iPhone and Android, and inside Microsoft Word and Excel. Site: https://cx-assistant.com (English at /en/, Spanish at /es/). App: https://app.cx-assistant.com. Contact: info@cx-assistant.com. ## Product - [Assets](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/assets): An asset is any equipment, system or item you track on the project: a UPS, an inverter, a switchboard, a rack. Each one has a record with its status, technical data, documents, scripts, issues, planner activities and full history, and everything else in the project links back to it. - [Issues](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/issues): An issue is a problem, task or question tied to your assets, locations or project work. Each one has a title, priority, type, assignee, due date, location, linked assets, attachments, comments and a history, and moves through the status flow your project defines until it is closed. - [RFIs](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/rfis): An RFI is a formal question that needs an official answer: a clarification about a drawing, a specification or a site condition. Unlike a comment thread, an RFI tracks who must answer and by when, and ends with one designated official response. - [Documents](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/documents): Documentation is the project's file manager. It holds every document, drawing, photo and folder, and it is where scripts and templates live. Upload FAT reports, certificates and drawings, organise them into folders, preview and annotate them, keep their versions, send them to review and download them. - [Trackers](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/trackers): A tracker is a status grid: rows of items crossed with document placeholders, where each cell shows the state of a linked document. The built-in Asset Docs tracker crosses your assets with their document requirements, and you can build others for any set of deliverables. Trackers update live as teammates link documents or change statuses. - [Scripts](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/scripts): A script is a test or commissioning procedure you fill in: Pass, Fail or N/A on each step, measured values, notes, photo evidence and signatures. Scripts are created from templates the project publishes, run on the web or on the phone, and lock once completed. - [Reviews](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/reviews): A review sends project files through a workflow: an ordered chain of approval steps with named approvers. Add documents, folders, scripts or templates, and the approvers of each step approve or reject every item. The outcome is stamped on the file and kept in its history. - [Planner](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/planner): The planner is the project schedule: tasks, milestones and groups with dates, assignees, dependencies, reminders and links to assets and issues. Work in a Gantt, a table or a calendar, and open the Progress view to see what was planned, achieved and slipped on any day. - [Dashboards](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/dashboards): A dashboard is a page of charts and figures built from the project's assets, issues, RFIs, reviews, scripts and trackers. Every widget renders live data when you open it, filters narrow the whole page, and the dashboard exports to PDF, Word or PowerPoint as you see it. - [Maps](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/maps): The map shows every site and building that has an address, and every asset that has its own position or route: a turbine, a pole, a tower, an overhead line, a pipeline. Pins take the colour of the asset status, a red ring counts the open issues, and clicking a pin opens its details. - [Layouts](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/layouts): A layout is an interactive 3D floor plan of your site: draw the walls over a PDF drawing, place your equipment, draw the cable trays and pipes that connect it, and see the live status of every linked asset on the plan. Open issues appear pinned exactly where they are in the field. - [Meetings](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/meetings): A meeting is a sheet of numbered points: information, decisions and actions. Each point links to the records it is about, from assets and issues to RFIs, documents, scripts, reviews and planner activities, and every open action from every meeting lands in one table. - [Assistant](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/assistant): Say what you need in plain language. The assistant searches the project, reads the documents, looks up assets, issues, RFIs and planner data, creates the records you ask for and shows you what it did, with a link to every source it used. - [Automations](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/automations): An automation is a message the assistant runs for you on a schedule, as a normal chat turn, while you are on site. You write the message once, pick when it runs, and each run lands in a chat you can open, with a notification carrying the summary. - [Connected services](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/connectors): Connections link the assistant to services you already use, so you can ask for "the last email from the contractor about pump P-101", "what is on my calendar tomorrow?" or "the test plan in my OneDrive" right in the chat. You connect a service once from your settings and it works in every chat you open. - [Mobile app](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/mobile): Cx Assistant is on iPhone and Android. Snap a nameplate, raise an issue from the field, run a test script or ask about your project, straight from the job site, with the same assistant you use on desktop. Everything you change appears on the web and in Office. - [Word and Excel add-ins](https://cx-assistant.com/en/product/office): Each add-in opens the assistant in a task pane next to your document or workbook. You sign in with the same account you use on the web, ask about the issues, assets and documentation in your project, and let the assistant write into the open file: sections, tables and charts in Word, values, formulas, sheets and charts in Excel. ## Help Center (the help the app ships, published as Markdown) - Those are different obligations, with different authorities. Here is how to tell them apart in data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, HV substations and transmission lines across the United States, Europe and Latin America. - [Automations: what to schedule on a commissioning job, and how to write the prompt](https://cx-assistant.com/en/blog/automations-what-to-schedule-on-a-commissioning-job): An automation is a message the assistant runs for you on a schedule, into a chat you can open.
