How to submit a support ticket
- Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Support. You can also type "support" in the search bar in the header and open it from the Pages results.
- Choose a reason: Billing & payments, Technical issue, Account & access, Feature request, or Other.
- Describe your problem or question in the details field — the more specific, the faster we can help.
- Click Submit request.
You get a ticket number on screen as confirmation, and a note that you will be contacted by email. Keep the ticket number handy if you follow up.
The support centre
The Support page includes a link to the support centre, where you can find help articles and further assistance beyond submitting a ticket.
Use the support centre for self-service answers; use the ticket form when you need a person to look at your specific case.
How to send feedback — ratings, categories, and ideas
The Feedback page is for telling us what you think of the app — bugs, ideas, or general impressions:
- Open Feedback at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Pick a star rating from 1 to 5.
- Choose a category chip: Bug, Feature, Idea, or Other.
- Write your comment (a counter shows how many characters are left).
- Optionally leave "Include technical context (browser, screen, timezone)" on — it helps us reproduce bugs.
- Click Submit feedback, or Clear to start over.
Anyone signed in can send feedback — it needs no project permission.
Feedback or support — which one should I use
Use Support when you need help or an answer: something is broken for you, a billing or account question, or you are stuck. Support creates a ticket and you will be contacted by email.
Use Feedback when you want to tell us something: rate the app, report a bug you worked around, suggest a feature, or share an idea. Feedback does not open a ticket, so if you need a reply, choose Support.
The About page
The About page presents what the app is and the mission behind it. To open it, click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar and choose About. It is informational — a good place to point new teammates at for a quick idea of what the product does.
Where to find help inside the app
Help is never far away:
- The Help page: click Help at the bottom of the sidebar. It has guides for every module, a search box, and a button to watch the intro tour again.
- The search bar in the header: press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) and type your question. Matching guides appear under the Help group, and clicking one opens it on the Help page.
- The assistant: click the round Ask Cx Assistant button at the right end of the header and ask your question in plain language. The assistant knows the app and can often answer how-to questions instantly.
- The (i) icon beside many page titles explains what that page is for.
- Feedback: also at the bottom of the sidebar, in every project and in My Workspace.
- Account menu: click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar — Support and About are there, together with Welcome tour and Get the apps.
- Support centre: linked from the Support page for help articles.
None of these need any special permission.
