Minutes written, actions tracked.
A meeting is a sheet of numbered points: information, decisions and actions. Each point links to the records it is about, from assets and issues to RFIs, documents, scripts, reviews and planner activities, and every open action from every meeting lands in one table.

What you can do
Numbered points: information, decisions, actions
Type the subject of a point, choose Information, Decision or Action, and write what was said underneath. Group points in sections such as Electrical or Documentation, and drag a point to reorder it or move it to another section.
Attendees inside and outside the project
Project members are picked from the directory; a contractor or the client without an account is typed in by name, with an optional company and email. Mark each one Present, Absent or Copy only.
Actions with an owner and a due date
Each action has a responsible person or group, a due date and a status: Open, On hold or Closed. The person it is assigned to can change its status even without edit rights, so work goes on between meetings.
Open actions across all meetings
The Open actions page lists every action still open from all the meetings you can see, late ones first with the number of days late. Filter it to Assigned to me or Overdue only, and click a row to open its meeting.
Link points to assets, issues, RFIs and documents
One search box finds issues, assets, RFIs, documents, scripts, planner activities and reviews at once. Linked records show as chips, and the asset form and the issue dialog list every meeting that discussed that record.
Issue the minutes, keep every revision, follow up
Issue minutes locks the text as revision 1 and notifies the attendees. Reopen with a reason to correct them and the next issue is saved as revision 2 beside the first. Next meeting copies the title, sections, attendees and every open action into the following meeting.
How a team uses it
- 1
Before the meeting, the chair creates it with its date, attendees and agenda points; the draft PDF prints with a Draft watermark and serves as the agenda.
- 2
During the meeting, the minute taker types each point, marks it as information, decision or action, and sets who is responsible and by when.
- 3
Points are linked to the issue, asset or RFI they are about, so each record shows the meetings that discussed it.
- 4
After the meeting, the chair issues the minutes; attendees with an account are notified and the revision is saved.
- 5
The following week, Next meeting carries over the attendees, sections and open actions, and the Open actions page shows what is still late.
In more detail
Saved revisions
The Versions menu lists every revision with who issued it and why it was corrected. Open one to see it as it was, compare it point by point with the revision before, or download that exact revision as a PDF.
Carried actions keep their number
An action raised in meeting 2 as 2.4 stays 2.4 in every later meeting, with what earlier meetings said about it. The copy left in the earlier meeting is frozen and marked Carried to meeting N; the action is updated in the latest meeting.
Private meetings and the PDF
A private meeting is visible only to its creator and to the attendees who are project members; owners and administrators are no exception. The PDF of an issued meeting prints its saved revision, in the project's language and time zone, so the same revision always gives the same PDF.
The assistant and meetings
Ask the assistant what you still owe from the site meetings, have it read a meeting's minutes, create the next meeting of a series, turn your notes into points in one go, or close an action. Issuing, reopening and deleting minutes stay with a person.

Questions
When you click Next meeting, every action still Open or On hold is copied into the following meeting with its original number and the history of what earlier meetings said about it. The Open actions page keeps showing it until it is closed.
Yes. A contractor or the client is typed in by name, with an optional company and email, and marked Present, Absent or Copy only. Attendees with an account are notified when the minutes are issued.
Yes. Click Reopen and say why; the meeting goes back to draft and the next issue is saved as a new revision beside the previous one, so nothing is overwritten. Only the latest meeting of a series can be reopened.
