The plan, next to the work.
The planner is the project schedule: tasks, milestones and groups with dates, assignees, dependencies, reminders and links to assets and issues. Work in a Gantt, a table or a calendar, and open the Progress view to see what was planned, achieved and slipped on any day.

What you can do
Gantt, table and calendar
Four views of the same plan: a Gantt with bars and dependency arrows, a flat editable table, an Outlook-style calendar with month, week and day layouts, and the Progress view. The planner reopens in the view you used last.
Drag to create, move and resize
Drag on empty space to create an activity, drag a bar to move it, drag its edge to change the dates. With Push successors on, moving an activity shifts the ones that depend on it.
Dependencies and lag
Add a predecessor to an activity, choose the link type and set a lag in days. The successors are listed on the activity and drawn as arrows on the Gantt.
Baseline and planned vs actual
Every task and milestone keeps a baseline of its dates. Variance shows how many days it moved, red when later and green when earlier, and each move is recorded with its reason. Re-baseline sets a new one after a revised programme.
Progress for any day
The Progress view shows what was planned for a day, what was achieved and what slipped, counting tasks, milestones and asset statuses with an expected date. A chart compares planned with achieved per day or per week.
Reminders and assignees
Assign an activity to a member or a group and add up to 5 reminders before its start. Reminders arrive in the bell, by email or phone push, and a daily digest says what slipped the day before.
How a team uses it
- 1
The project lead builds the plan on the web: groups for the phases, tasks and milestones inside them, dependencies between them.
- 2
Activities are linked to the assets and issues they cover, so each asset record shows the activities that reference it.
- 3
Engineers are assigned, receive reminders before the start and update status and progress from the calendar on the phone.
- 4
When dates move, the bar is dragged with a reason, successors follow, and the baseline keeps the original dates.
- 5
Each morning the Progress view and the slipped digest show what was due the day before and is still open.
In more detail
Tasks, milestones and groups
A task has a start and end date, a progress percentage and an assignee; a milestone is a single date; a group contains other activities and takes its dates and progress from them.
Actual dates
Actual start is stamped when the status changes to In progress, and Completed when it changes to Done. Both can be corrected in the activity panel if the work happened on another date.
On the phone
The mobile app shows the plan as a calendar: month, week and day. Create tasks and milestones, edit them, drag a card to another day, set reminders and assign people. Overdue activities are highlighted.
Bulk actions
Select several activities to group them, set a status or delete them in one go, and drag them together as a single shift. The search box filters the tree live.

Questions
Yes. Each task and milestone keeps a baseline, taken when it is created with dates or when the plan is re-baselined. The Gantt shows the baseline under the bar, and the table has Baseline, Actual and Variance columns.
Yes. The Progress view shows three tiles for the day, planned, achieved and slipped, with the list behind each one, and a chart of planned against achieved per day or per week. Click a bar to select that day.
You can browse the calendar, create tasks and milestones, edit them, drag them to another day and set reminders. The Gantt, dependency editing and bulk actions are on the web.
