Your commissioning project, now in your pocket.
Cx Assistant is on iPhone and Android. Snap a nameplate, raise an issue from the field, run a test script or ask about your project, straight from the job site, with the same assistant you use on desktop. Everything you change appears on the web and in Office.

What you can do
Chat with your project from the site
Chat is the screen you land on after you sign in. Type or speak in plain language, attach a photo, mention a colleague with @ or an asset with #, and ask the assistant to update issues, summarise project status or find a document.
Raise and update issues from the field
Tap + on the Issues screen, give the issue a title, a priority, a type, an assignee and a place from the project's location tree, and attach a photo from the camera. Attach a site photo in the chat instead and the assistant finds each defect in it, creates an issue for each one and attaches the photo to every issue.
Read a nameplate with the camera
Photograph the equipment nameplate and attach it in the chat. The assistant reads the serial number, the voltage ratings and the certifications and gives them back in a structured list you can review or save.
Run test scripts on site
Open a script in the runner, tap the result that applies for each item, enter the readings, add notes, attach photos as evidence and draw your signature with your finger. When every item is done and the required signatures are in, Complete script locks the record.
Scripts with no signal
Mark a script Keep on this phone before you leave. Results, readings, notes, photos, signatures and the completion are kept on the phone and sent by themselves when the connection returns. The Sync screen lists what is still waiting.
Assets, documents, planner and RFIs
Open an asset, change its status within the project's flow, edit its technical fields and attach photos; create one where you stand with Use my position. Browse and upload documents, see the planner as a month, week or day calendar, and read RFIs with their official responses and due dates.
How a team uses it
- 1
An engineer installs the app from the App Store or Google Play, signs in with the same account as on the web and joins the project with the invite code from the project admin.
- 2
Before leaving for a site with no signal, they open Scripts and swipe each script they will need to Keep on this phone.
- 3
On site, they open each asset from the Assets screen, update its status, attach photos of the installed equipment and raise issues against what they find, with the location from the project tree.
- 4
They run the test script in the runner: results, readings, notes, photo evidence and a signature, then complete it. Entries are sent as soon as there is a connection.
- 5
Back at the office, the same issues and scripts are already on the web, and the bell shows what teammates assigned or commented in the meantime.
In more detail
What is in the app
The drawer lists Chat, Home, Issues, RFIs, Planner, Scripts, Assets, Documents and, when the project turns them on, Map and Layouts. Home shows four tiles, Total assets, Completion rate, Open issues and Total issues, and three charts. The bell in every header opens your notifications, and a push notification opens the issue it is about. The app adapts to tablets and split-screen.
Authoring stays on the web
Scripts are written on the web app or generated with the assistant; the phone is for finding and executing them. Projects are created on the web, and the drill-downs behind the Home tiles live on the web Home page.
The Sync screen
Open it from the drawer or from the On this phone indicator in a script's header. It shows what the phone has not sent yet across all your projects, a Sync now button, and a Needs attention list for changes that could not be sent as they are, for example when a teammate answered the same step while you were offline: you see your value and theirs and choose Send mine or Keep theirs.
Your account on the phone
Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app or an email code, a list of the devices signed in to your account with a Revoke button on each, dark mode and the interface language, all from the Profile screen at the bottom of the drawer.

Questions
Running a script does. A script that is on your phone opens with no signal, and results, photos, signatures and the completion are kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns. Opening a script that is not on your phone yet, browsing issues, assets and documents, and chatting with the assistant need a connection.
No, by design. Scripts are authored on the web app or generated with the assistant, where the full template and the editor live; the phone is for finding and executing them. Projects are created on the web app, and you join one on the phone with an invite code.
Yes. Cx Assistant is on iOS, for iPhone and iPad, and on Android. Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play and sign in with the account you use on the web.
