Who approved what, and when.
A review sends project files through a workflow: an ordered chain of approval steps with named approvers. Add documents, folders, scripts or templates, and the approvers of each step approve or reject every item. The outcome is stamped on the file and kept in its history.

What you can do
Workflows with ordered steps
A workflow names the approvers of each step, members or groups, and whether one approval is enough or all of them must approve. A review keeps the steps it started with even if the workflow is edited later.
Documents, folders, scripts and templates in one review
Add single documents, a whole folder, completed scripts and published templates. Each document is pinned at its current version, and a review holds up to 500 items.
Approve or reject with a reason
Select an item to preview its pinned version and decide under it. Approving takes an optional comment; rejecting requires a reason. Tick several items and decide on them at once.
A queue of what needs you
The Reviews badge in the sidebar counts items awaiting your decision and updates live. Filter the list with Awaiting me, and share a filtered view as a link.
Resubmit after changes
A rejected item is fixed and resubmitted: the current content is pinned and a new round starts from the first step. Earlier rounds stay in the item's history.
The outcome travels with the document
In Documentation, files show the review status they went through, and the file list filters by approval status. A document's status follows its review; it is not set by hand.
How a team uses it
- 1
A project admin creates the workflows on the project's Workflows page: the steps, the approvers of each one and whether one or all of them must approve.
- 2
A document controller creates a review, picks the workflow, adds the documents or a whole folder and starts it. The approvers of the first step are notified.
- 3
Each approver opens the review, previews the pinned version and approves or rejects, one item or a selection at a time.
- 4
Rejected items are corrected and resubmitted; approved items move to the next step until the last one approves.
- 5
When nothing is left in review, the review is closed. Every decision, comment and round stays in the item's timeline.
In more detail
Item status and timeline
Each item shows In review, Approved, Rejected or Withdrawn, with a pill for its step in the chain. Its history lists who decided what, on which step, when and with what comment, for every round.
Changed after submission
A warning icon marks an item whose content changed after it was submitted. Approvers can keep deciding on the pinned version, or the item is resubmitted to put the latest version under review.
Close, cancel, withdraw
A review closes when nothing is left in review, and a closed review cannot be reopened. Cancelling withdraws what is still pending, and a single item can be withdrawn so the rest carries on. Released items can go to another review.
Notifications
Approvers are told when items reach their step, submitters when their items are decided, and the creator when the review closes, through the bell, email or phone push depending on each person's settings.

Questions
Only the approvers listed on the item's current step, directly or through a group. Project admins with the override permission can decide on any step.
No. While a document is in an active review it is held by that review. Once decided, its status only changes through a new round: resubmit it in the same review or send it through a new one.
Yes. Completed scripts and published templates are added like documents, go through the same steps, and the outcome is stamped on the script. A script reopened after submission must be completed and resubmitted first.
